GENMA has successfully completed the delivery of four RTG cranes to Cambodia customer - five months ahead of the contracted schedule. This achievement highlights GENMA’s strong project execution capabilities and customer-centric approach, laying a solid foundation for the following six units’project.

The project adopted aknocked-down shipment and on-site assembly approach. Despite the challenges posed by the tropical climate, GENMA’s technical team ensured efficient progress through modular pre-assembly quality control systems and dynamic schedule management, reducing the delivery time by 30% and creating significant time value for the customer.
